Shami Kabab is famous Hyderabadi dish which is made of mutton

Ingredients
- 500 gms Mutton
- 4 Tbspn Chana dal Soaked in water for half an hour
- 4 Green Chillies
- 2 Tbspn Coriander leaves
- 1 tbspn mint leaves
- Salt
- 1 Tbspn Red chilli powder
- 1 Tbspn Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5-6 cloves
- 1 Tspn Elaichi powder Cardamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Shazeera black Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
- Oil

Instructions
- Firstly in a pressure cooker add Mutton
- Add Salt , ginger garlic paste, Red chilli powder,Turmeric powder, green chillies, add coriander leaves, Add Chana dal, cinnamon stick, cloves, shazeera, elaichi powder.
- To it add 1 tbspn oil and 1 cup of water
- Pressure cook till 4-5 minutes or till the mutton gets tender.
- Cook till the water is absorbed totally.Allow the mixture of mutton to cool down completely
- Blend the mixture of mutton into a fine paste and make sure you donot add water.
- Keep it in refrigerator for about half an hour. later make round shape and flatten it.
- Heat the tawa . Add about 3 tbspn of oil . Shallow fry till golden brown colour appears at the bottom side of kabab.
- Smear oil over the top of the kababs and flip them
- Eat them along with Dal and zeera rice.
