Sesame Sweet (Makar Shankranti)

Sesame has a main role with makes shankranti. It is compulsory to eat sesame that auspicious day. So every body has different ideas. I also like different experience every year.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup white roasted sesame
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup jagerry
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 8-10 almond
  • 8-10 cashew nut
  • 2 tsp rose water

Instructions
 

  • Crush roasted peanut seamed and almond. Now take a frying pan heat and add seamed oil. Then add crushed ingredients and stir continuously.
  • Then add sugar and jagerry syrup stir continuously. Then add rose water. It will be non sticky dough.
  • Brush oil in a tray and spread the dough and press with a knife cut into rectangular. Garnish with cashew nut.

Notes

It can be kept more than one month.
