- Lightly dry roast the sesame seeds and keep aside. Heat the water and sugar together.
- Add in the ghee and cardamom powder. As it boils, add the sesame seeds and mix. As mixture starts to leave the sides, switch off the gas.
- Drop the spoonful of mixtures onto a greased plate/parchment paper and let them cool but not completely just before it cool down completely speed up your hand and roll like ladoo and let them cool completely.
- Once cooled, remove from the plate and store in airtight container.
