On the occasion of Ganesha chaturthi I offered to the Lord Ganesha kalakant dessert. Most of the people make different types of sweet dishes. But there are some people those who are following keto diet and some of them like sugar free desserts.
Keto diet means high fat, moderate protein and low carb diet. Just to avoid sweets carbohydrates and grains. This kalakant recipe is made for those people who are following diet. Those who are not following any diet they can add sugar according to their taste.
This is sugar free recipe made by coconut flour, almond flour, butter, coconut cream, vanilla extract and pistachios. It also can be kept in fridge for a week or two.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 50 gm butter
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Take a medium sized cauliflower wash with boiling water and grate the cauliflower. Boil then strain the water and keep separate.
- Take a frying pan add butter, mashed cauliflower, coconut flour and almond flour.
- Mix gently and stir continuously until cook. Then add vanilla extract and coconut cream. Again mix properly.
- Now take any mold brush with butter then spread chopped pistachio and fill with cauliflower dessert.
- After 10 minutes you can check whether it is set or not.
- Now it is easy to take out.
- Serve immediately or keep in fridge.
Notes
It can be set in a tray or any mold.
Those who are not following keto diet the can add coconut sugar.
Those who are under diabetic food can easily enjoy the recipe.
