Ingredients
- white beans/sem fali 1/2 kg
- baby potato 1/2 kg
- salt to taste or 1/1/4 tbsp
- red chili powder 4 tsp or to taste
- coriander powder 1 tbsp
- turmeric powder 1/1/2 tsp
- mustard powder 1 tbsp
- mustard oil 2 tbsp or 1 cup
- heeng 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- wash potato and beans boil in water for 5 minutes.
- remove the stem of beans
- take a large bowl or a mixing bowl mix all ingredients together ,keep in a air tight container
- keep the jar in sun light for 2 -3 days
- the pickle is ready to serve .
