Healthy Homemade Green Chutney

Homemade healthy green chutney without any chemical. This can be kept in fridge for a month. It is harmless we can easily consume. All ingredients have individual natural benefits. I used raw turmeric which has antiseptic value. Raw garlic very good agent for blood pressure. Pink salt that is also comparatively better than regular salt. Extra virgin olive oil that is also good as a preservative agent. Instead of sugar I used jaggery that is also comparatively better. Flaxseeds have natural benefits and absorb the moist of chutney.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 gm mint leaves
  • 100 gm coriander leaves
  • 50 gm green chillies
  • 2 tbsp garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp raw turmeric
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon asafoetida powder
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a paste with all these ingredients then add extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Mix properly then store in a glass jar keep in fridge.
