  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Barley Flour malted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cane Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder dried
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Milk as required
  • 6 inch Garnishing or cinnamon whole long cinnamon for


  • Take a mixing bowl add wheat, barely flour, butter cane sugar, eggs, cinnamon powder, dried ginger powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt. Make a semi solid batter. Add milk as required.
  • Bake in a preheated oven. Spread a aluminum foil and pour 1 tbsp. batter with an inch gap. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
  • It can be packed more than one month. Garnish with 6 inches long cinnamon stick. Combinations with tea/coffee.
