Ingredients
- Green chili 8-10
- Onion 1medium size
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Nigella/ kalungi seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash green chili & cut into 2 pieces . Peel wash & slice onion.
- Keep it in fan for an hour so that water dries off. Meanwhile dry roast & crush fennel nigella & fenugreek seeds.
- Take a glass jar put chilli & onion in it. Add crushed seeds & salt. Pour vinegar in it. Mix well with a spoon. Keep it in your kitchen corner for 7 days. Keep stirring 2-3 times a day with a dry spoon
- It is good to eat now. You can eat it with regular meals like dal chawal or paratha sabzi. It can also be used in sandwich & salads.
Notes
I have used Apple cider vinegar. You can use white vinegar as well. But it tastes best with those age old jamun or ganne ka Sirka
Both chili & onions should be completely drown in vinegar
