This is a famous sweet of my city Varanasi, which is mostly loved by all and is now very easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients
- 1 ltr Milk full cream
- 1 cup Cream homemade
- ½ cup Sugar
- 15 to 20 Saffron strands dipped in 2 tablespoon milk
- 10 to 12 Almonds finely chopped in length
- 6 to 8 Pistachio finely chopped
- 2 Edible silver foil vark

Instructions
- Add cream in milk and boil it until it reduces to half.
- Then add sugar and saffron strands to the milk.
- Now cover it with net and keep it in dew overnight.
- In the morning churn it with the help of wooden whisker till the froth comes upwards
- Separate the froth in one container, once the required froth is derived garnish it with silver foil, almonds, pistachio and saffron strands and serve it right away.
