This is a famous sweet of my city Varanasi, which is mostly loved by all and is now very easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter Milk full cream
  • 1 cup Cream homemade
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 15 to 20 Saffron strands dipped in 2 tablespoon milk
  • 10 to 12 Almonds finely chopped in length
  • 6 to 8 Pistachio finely chopped
  • 2 Edible silver foil vark

Instructions
 

  • Add cream in milk and boil it until it reduces to half.
  • Then add sugar and saffron strands to the milk.
  • Now cover it with net and keep it in dew overnight.
  • In the morning churn it with the help of wooden whisker till the froth comes upwards
  • Separate the froth in one container, once the required froth is derived garnish it with silver foil, almonds, pistachio and saffron strands and serve it right away.
