About this Recipe

Red chilli coconut chutney is different from the normal chutney. Taste is so good serve with rice and Parantha

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Red chilly -3
  • Channa dal -1tso
  • Oil -1tsp
  • Imli -5g
  • Grated coconut -1small cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard seeds -1/4tsp
  • Urad dal -1/4tsp
  • Hing -pinch
  • Curry leaves
How to cook?
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Chana dal d Dal roast till brown add imli pieces add chilly sauté it and switch off the flame
  2. Add salt grated coconut put all together in to the blender and make a fine paste
  3. For tempering Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds channa dal curry leaver yard dal and sauté it
Notes

Don't use too much chillies  other wise spoil your chutney store in freeze for one week
