Red chilli coconut chutney is different from the normal chutney. Taste is so good serve with rice and Parantha

Ingredients
- Red chilly -3
- Channa dal -1tso
- Oil -1tsp
- Imli -5g
- Grated coconut -1small cup
- Salt
- Mustard seeds -1/4tsp
- Urad dal -1/4tsp
- Hing -pinch
- Curry leaves

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Chana dal d Dal roast till brown add imli pieces add chilly sauté it and switch off the flame
- Add salt grated coconut put all together in to the blender and make a fine paste
- For tempering Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds channa dal curry leaver yard dal and sauté it
Notes
Don’t use too much chillies other wise spoil your chutney store in freeze for one week
