Rajasthan is famous for degi mirch . Rajasthanis like spicy food very much . Dry red chilli and garlic chutney is very traditional condiment with rajashthani food . U can enjoy this chutney with snacks .

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 dry red chillis
  • 5 - 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 small tomato optional
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • First remove stems and seeds from dry red chillis . Keep red chills into hot water for about 30 minutes .
  • Now drain all water from chillis and take a grinder , put soaked red chillis ,tomatoes garlic cloves , lemon juice , salt and cumin powder . Process all ingredients well by using little water .
  • Dry red chilli and garlic chutney is ready . Serve with chat or snacks .

Notes

U can skip tomatoes if you want spicy .
