Raw banana fingers As we know that raw banana has lots of benefits. So we must try to feed our family members to take care of their health. It can be used as evening snacks or starter.

  • 300 gm green banana
  • 2 tbsp nutrela chunks
  • 2 tbsp besan
  • 2 tbsp green chilies chopped
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste


  • Boil raw banana then peel off and mash.

  • Take a mixing bowl add mashed banana, nutrela chunks, besan, green chillies, homemade garam masala and salt.

  • Evenly mix all together then give finger shape.

  • Keep it at rest for 5 minutes then fry.
