Raw banana is good stomach. When ever people suffer with diarrhoea or any other stomach pain banana helps to control. Here I used as a snacks. This types of recipes seen in west Bengal region.

Ingredients
  

  • Raw banana 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Chat masala

Instructions
 

  • Raw banana cut like fingers and boil with little salt.
  • Take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, chat masala and a tsp oil. Whiskey with water and make a smooth batter.
  • Take a frying pan add oil for deep fry. Dip banana fingers into the batter and fry. Serve with evening tea.
