This is yet another delicious variety of Sweet, a laddu made with semolina, ghee and nuts.

Ingredients
  

  • Rava semolina - 1.25 cups
  • Sugar - 3/4 th cup
  • Cardamom - 3
  • Ghee - 1/4 th cup + 2 tbsp
  • Raisins and cashew nuts handful

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the Rava until it begins to smell. Set aside to cool down. Powder the sugar along with the cardamoms.
  • Add the roasted Rava and blend together once more.
  • Now fry for raisins and cashew nuts in some ghee.
  • Add these to the Rava mix, along with rest of the ghee.
  • Shape the mixture into small laddus.
