This is yet another delicious variety of Sweet, a laddu made with semolina, ghee and nuts.

Yield / Serves
Rava (semolina) - 1.25 cups
Sugar - 3/4 th cup
Cardamom - 3
Ghee - 1/4 th cup + 2 tbsp
Raisins and cashew nuts (handful)
Dry roast the Rava until it begins to smell. Set aside to cool down. Powder the sugar along with the cardamoms.
Add the roasted Rava and blend together once more.
Now fry for raisins and cashew nuts in some ghee.
Add these to the Rava mix, along with rest of the ghee.
Shape the mixture into small laddus.
