This is yet another delicious variety of Sweet, a laddu made with semolina, ghee and nuts.

Ingredients
- Rava semolina - 1.25 cups
- Sugar - 3/4 th cup
- Cardamom - 3
- Ghee - 1/4 th cup + 2 tbsp
- Raisins and cashew nuts handful

Instructions
- Dry roast the Rava until it begins to smell. Set aside to cool down. Powder the sugar along with the cardamoms.
- Add the roasted Rava and blend together once more.
- Now fry for raisins and cashew nuts in some ghee.
- Add these to the Rava mix, along with rest of the ghee.
- Shape the mixture into small laddus.
