Raw banana paratha Raw banana has many health benefits and very good diabetic patients. Whole banana tree is useful, it cultivated in coastal areas. Some people avoid to consume potato, I made this paratha for those who are diabetic.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed raw banana
  • 1 cup wheat dough
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  • Sesame oil for shallow fry
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil the banana then mash. Now shallow fry the garlic add mashed banana.

  • Stir for a few minutes add chopped green chillies and salt to taste. Mix evenly then keep rest for cool.

  • Spread the wheat dough the fill with cooked banana. Again spread and bake with applying sesame oil. Serve with any combination as you like.
