Raw banana paratha
Raw banana has many health benefits and very good diabetic patients. Whole banana tree is useful, it cultivated in coastal areas. Some people avoid to consume potato, I made this paratha for those who are diabetic.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed raw banana
- 1 cup wheat dough
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chillies
- Sesame oil for shallow fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Boil the banana then mash. Now shallow fry the garlic add mashed banana.
- Stir for a few minutes add chopped green chillies and salt to taste. Mix evenly then keep rest for cool.
- Spread the wheat dough the fill with cooked banana. Again spread and bake with applying sesame oil. Serve with any combination as you like.
