Ingredients
- 2 Large sized potatoes thinly sliced.
- Dried rosemary 1tbsp
- Cottage cheese 1/2cup
- Mozzarella cheese 50 grams
- Black pepper powder 2tsps
- 8 egg
- Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
- Capsicum diced 1 cup
- 1 medium sized Onion chopped
- Yellow bell pepper 1 diced
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Jalapenos chopped 1 tbsp
- Butter to grease 1tbsp
- Salt
- Olive oil 1tbsp
- Garlic powder 2tsps

Instructions
- Put the sliced potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, rosemary, garlic powder and cottage cheese and use your hands or a spoon to evenly coat the potato slices.
- Grease the pie dish with butter and lay the potato slices in a pie dish starting from the middle and all over.
- Grate half of mozzarella cheese over the potatoes and bake this pie dish in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes on 160 degrees.
- Add chopped veggies ,butter and milk to eggs and whip up a little.
- Add salt, pepper and pour this eggs n veggies mixture over the potatoes.
- Finally grate mozzarella cheese over it and bake on 150 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Serve hot .
