Ingredients
- 2 large Potatoes sized thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Rosemary dried
- 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
- 50 gm Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tsps Black Pepper Powder
- 8 Eggs
- 1 cup Tomato chopped
- 1 cup Capsicum diced
- 1 Onion medium sized chopped
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper diced
- 4 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Jalapenos Chopped 1 Tbsp jalapenos chopped
- to tbsp Butter grease
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsps Garlic Powder

Instructions
- Put the sliced potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, ยผ teaspoon of pepper, rosemary, garlic powder and cottage cheese and use your hands or a spoon to evenly coat the potato slices.
- Grease the pie dish with butter and lay the potato slices in a pie dish starting from the middle and all over.
- Grate half of mozzarella cheese over the potatoes and bake this pie dish in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes on 160 degrees.
- Add chopped veggies ,butter and milk to eggs and whip up a little.
- Add salt, pepper and pour this eggs n veggies mixture over the potatoes.
- Finally grate mozzarella cheese over it and bake on 150 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Serve hot .
