Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Moong Dal whole
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1 leaves Coriander finely chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak whole moong dal for 4 - 5 hours.
  • Drain an d make a paste.
  • Add rice flour salt and one cup of water to make a dosa batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add one tbsp dosa batter and spread it.
  • Drizzle one tsp oil.
  • Add onion,green chilly and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
