This recipe is a Category of street food snacks. This is an easy recipe which can make easily at home. Kids also fond of street food.
Potato has a large number of calories and. Carbohydrates. Those who want to build their bodies they needs calories through out the days. One medium sized potato has just 110 calories, no fat and cholesterol.
I added jackfruit seeds paste with mashed potato to give more taste and creamy texture.

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
- 1 cup boiled mashed jackfruit seeds
- 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
- Oil for shallow fry
- Fried papad
- 1/2 cup tamarind sauce
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- Fresh chopped coriander leaves
- Chopped green chilli
- Sew for garnishing
- Salt

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients mashed potatoes, mashed jackfruit seeds, salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder in mixing bowl. Devide in equal sizes like patties.
- Now shallow fry all the patties.
- Fry the papad and crushed them.
- Take serving plate put the patties, cover with curd, tamarind sauce, crushed fried papad, chat masala, chopped green chilli, sew, chopped fresh coriander leaves.
