Sauted Green Apple

Sauted green apple is a tasty dish that can be served either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

  • 2 green apple
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp demerera sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder


  • Wash and cut the green apple into slices.
  • Put butter in a pan and melt it. Add the slices and toss it.
  • Allow to cook for sometime on a medium flame.
  • Add the demerera sugar and cinnamon powder.Give a stir. After a minute or two, remove from flame.


You can top it with vanilla ice cream or serve with a pancake.
