  • 1 -inch Pineapple (peeled and cut into chunks - 1 medium sized)
  • / Sweetener (i used fine white cane sugar- cup, or sugar, or honey sugar or honey or any other taste)
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1/8 leaves Mint Leaves (fresh plus additional for garnish)
  • 1 lime lime juice (juice)

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar and pineapple in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for one hour.

  • After an hour, add the pineapple mixture, water, mint, and lime juice to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

  • Pour liquid through strainer into a pitcher, pressing on the solids.
