About Paani Wala Pickle
This is a traditional Sindhi pickle made out of water an vinegar. This can be eaten with parathas or rice . In this I have added few vegetables which are used in our daily routine. This is followed from our ancestors from one generation to the another .

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cauliflower (chopped)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 5 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 piece Ginger (big chopped)
- 6to8 Garlic (flakes)
- 1 tsp Red Chillies (pd)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Kalonji
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 8 Onions (baby)
- 3 Carrot (chopped)

Instructions
- In a pan add water to boil then add the chopped cauliflower. Then off the gas after 1 boil. Drain the water out completely
- Then in another pan add water to boil ,when cool add salt,red chilli pd sugar& vinegar an then add the vegetables onions, carrots, ginger, garlic,green chillies&kalonji
- Dry roast the mustard seeds then when cool grind it. Then add to the vegetables an mix well. Then pour it in the jar an keep the whole day out. Then refrigerated it for 2to3 days . Then serve
Recipe Notes
After adding the spices just taste an see the water it should be a bit tangy in taste. If you think the water is left out an the vegetables are over you can add again the vegetables same procedure . You can drink that pickle water for it’s tangy taste
