Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Black Lentil Whole Black Masoor Dal
- 1/4 cup Red Lentil Split Red Masoor Dal
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Clove
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp Cream fresh
- 2 Green Chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 3 cup Water

Instructions
- Soak your dal in water for minimum 1 hour. Now boil it in until it's soft and done. You can pressure cook for 2 whistle.
- Now take a pan and heat oil. Add ginger,garlic paste and saute for 2 minute.
- Add coarinder, chili, turmeric powder to oil and immediately add the cooked lentil. Mix well and cook for 2 min.
- Add chopped tomatoes, green chilis and salt, cover and cook till tomatoes are soft. Serve hot.
- Add cream and mix well. Check the consistency of the gravy this point. Add little water if it's too dry as eggs need to be cooked in it.
- Mix powder of clove, black pepper, cinnamon, break the eggs on top of dal.
- Cover it and cook at slow flame until your eggs are perfect.
