We always find new recipes during fasting period. I used such ingredients which are nutritional and healthy supplements.
We can use either olive oil or ghee. Some people don't use dairy products. I used butter milk, cocoa powder and little coconut sugar.

  • Make a thick batter with adding water chestnut flour, grated carrot, salt, cinnamon powder, ginger powder olive oil and butter milk.
  • Now give oil brush into mould then keep apple slices, melon seeds, grated carrots.

  • Pour the batter and spread cocoa powder then bake for 20 minutes.

  • After then garnish with grapes and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Now ready to serve.
