Homemade Tomato Ketchup

Ingredients
- 1 kg tomato
- 1 cup beetroot water
- 1 raw onion
- 10 -12 raw garlic cloves
- 2 inch raw ginger
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp crushed coriander
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash and cut the tomatoes and boil with 1 glass water. Add onion, garlic and ginger.
- Strain the tomatoes then add beetroot water, red chilli powder, vinegar and salt. Boil until thick consistency then cool. Store in glass container. You can see the brightness without any food colour.
