We buy tomato ketchup from market which we don't know what they mixed. I am sharing with you how to make gorgeous bright colour and pure tomato ketchup at home.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Tomato
  • 1 cup Beetroot or water water
  • 1 Onion raw
  • 10 -12 cloves Garlic raw
  • 2 inch Ginger raw
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander crushed
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the tomatoes and boil with 1 glass water. Add onion, garlic and ginger.

  • Strain the tomatoes then add beetroot water, red chilli powder, vinegar and salt. Boil until thick consistency then cool. Store in glass container. You can see the brightness without any food colour.
