  • Ata one cup
  • Suji one cup
  • Kabuli Channa boiled two cup, Lemon juice
  • Roasted coriander powder and red chilli powder
  • Roasted cumin powder lemon juice,asafoetida
  • Fresh pudina paste black salt table salt

How to cook?
  1. Make a smooth Doug with Maida, suji and salt
  2. Boiled kabuli Channa with roasted coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt
  3. Make the mouth watering add roasted cumin powder, fresh pudina paste lemon juice chilli powder safeties,black salt and table salt
  4. Spread the Doug make poori then dipped fried.
  5. Serve with channa and SPICY water
