Ingredients
 

  • 2 cup Ukda (or rice rice)
  • 1 cup Instant Oats
  • 1 cup Urad (organic whole)
  • Batter (or water water for)
  • 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
  • 1 cup Vegetables (carrot, tomato, onion-finely cut, or mirch mix like simla mirch)
  • a piece Cucumber (or carrots carrots and)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and soak the rice and dal , separately for 6 hours. Grind to smooth batter and keep overnight to ferment.
  • Next morning add salt. In a non-stick pan make round thick uttappas. Sprinkle all cut vegetables on top.
  • Cook till golden brown on both sides. Cut into small rounds. Serve as sandwiches after applying any chutney and stuff with vegetables like cucumber and carrot.
