  • 2 cup Ukda or rice rice
  • 1 cup Instant Oats
  • 1 cup Urad organic whole
  • Batter or water water for
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 cup Vegetables carrot, tomato, onion-finely cut, or mirch mix like simla mirch
  • a piece Cucumber or carrots carrots and


  • Wash and soak the rice and dal , separately for 6 hours. Grind to smooth batter and keep overnight to ferment.
  • Next morning add salt. In a non-stick pan make round thick uttappas. Sprinkle all cut vegetables on top.
  • Cook till golden brown on both sides. Cut into small rounds. Serve as sandwiches after applying any chutney and stuff with vegetables like cucumber and carrot.
