Fresh pudina paste black salt table salt
Instructions
Make a smooth Doug with Maida, suji and salt
Boiled kabuli Channa with roasted coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt
Make the mouth watering add roasted cumin powder, fresh pudina paste lemon juice chilli powder safeties,black salt and table salt
Spread the Doug make poori then dipped fried.
Serve with channa and SPICY water
