teaspoon
jeera powder

garam masala

gm fresh cream

oil or butter

green bell pepper
chopped finely
Chopped green coriander leaves to garnish

roughly chopped cashews
Instructions
Cut the paneer into small cubes.
Temper the mustard seeds and shut off the flame and add jeera powder, bell pepper, Coriander powder and 1 teaspoon garam masala to it.
Take half of the mix and add to the curd.
Add the ginger garlic chilli paste, salt and mix well.
Add this to the paneer cubes and marinate it for about 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Heat a pan and add oil to it. Add the sliced onions and fry till light brown.
Add the remaining masala mix , red chilli powder and the tomato puree.Let cook till it looks well fried.
Add about 300 ml water and chopped cashews.
Let it boil on slow.Meanwhile

the paneer in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Add this marinade to the boiling gravy.
Add remaining garam masala and adjust all seasonings. Add fresh cream and let it come to a boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with a naan, ghee paratha or boiled jeera rice.
