  • 1 cup Paneer crumbled, homemade
  • 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Milk Powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder


  • In a bowl add paneer, all purpose flour, baking powder and milk powder. Knead it until you are able to form a smooth dough
  • Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
  • Make one thread sugar syrup by adding 1 ½ cups of water and green cardamom powder.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls on low heat until they are golden in colour.
  • Drain and soak into the sugar syrup for 20-30 mins. Serve Hot.
