Crumbled homemade Paneer â€“ 1 Cup
All Purpose Flour â€“ 1 tbsp
Milk Powder â€“ 2 tbsp
Baking Powder â€“ Â¼ tsp
Oil â€“ to deep fry
Sugar â€“ 2 Cup
Green Cardamom Powder â€“ Â½ tsp
In a bowl add paneer, all purpose flour, baking powder and milk powder. Knead it until you are able to form a smooth dough
Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
Make one thread sugar syrup by adding 1 ½ cups of water and green cardamom powder.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the balls on low heat until they are golden in colour.
Drain and soak into the sugar syrup for 20-30 mins. Serve Hot.
