Today I have come with a healthy juice specially for "To Be Brides" and I have named it as "MORNING GLOR".
Drink this regularly with breakfast till your D day and even after that. The ingredients used in this drink are all natural sources and readily available.
Drinking this regularly will flush out all the toxins from your body, rejuvenate your skin, will bring out the internal glow, will help your hairs grow longer and stronger.

  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato peeled and chopped
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 1/2 Beetroot chopped
  • 3-4 Coriander leaves
  • 1 Ginger small piece, chopped
  • 1 Turmeric small piece, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Flax seed powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chia seeds few for topping


  • Blend all the ingredients together into a smooth consistency with little cold water.
  • Top it with chia seeds and drink along with your breakfast.
