  • Peal off the skin and marinate with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Make prawns shallow fry. Keep aside.

  • In the same pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri powder, tomato puree, sour cream, couscous paste and cashew nut paste. Stir continuously and add 1/2 glass water close the lid for five minutes.

  • Open the lid add fried prawns and garam masala powder. Garnish with fresh cream.

Recipe Notes

Should not fry more otherwise softness of the flesh will destroy.
