There are unlimited seafood recipe this is one of those recipe. We can get fresh prawns from Bay of Bengal which is near to West Bengal coastal areas. Prawns are a rich source of selenium one of the most effective antioxidants at maintaining healthy cells high level of zinc, which is important to develop a healthy immune system. Eating prawns help to build strong bone because they contains phosphorus, copper and magnesium.

Ingredients
- 250 gms prawns
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon tomato puree
- 2 teaspoon sour cream
- 2 teaspoon couscous paste
- 2 teaspoon cashew nut paste
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Fresh cream for garnishing
- Oil as required
- Salt

Instructions
- Peal off the skin and marinate with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Make prawns shallow fry. Keep aside.
- In the same pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri powder, tomato puree, sour cream, couscous paste and cashew nut paste. Stir continuously and add 1/2 glass water close the lid for five minutes.
- Open the lid add fried prawns and garam masala powder. Garnish with fresh cream.
Notes
Should not fry more otherwise softness of the flesh will destroy.
