- 15 to 20 spinach leaves baby spinach, chopped roughly
- 1 cucumber medium, cut into chunks
- 1 cup green tea
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp honey

- Prepare your green tea and set it aside to cool down completely.
- Wash and cut your veggies. Blend together spinach, cucumber, lemon juice, green tea and honey.
- Serve chilled.
