Cucumber, Spinach And Lemon Juice (Green Juice)

Spinach is a rich source of vitamins and minerals and therefore recommended to anemic people. Lemons are loaded with Vitamin C, hence marking it's importance too in this awesome juice.

  • 15 to 20 spinach leaves baby spinach, chopped roughly
  • 1 cucumber medium, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup green tea
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey


  • Prepare your green tea and set it aside to cool down completely.
  • Wash and cut your veggies. Blend together spinach, cucumber, lemon juice, green tea and honey.
  • Serve chilled.
