  • curd 1 cup
  • chopped palak leaves 1/4 cup
  • Salt
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp


  • Blanch palak leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • Churn the curd smooth.
  • Add everything in curd and mix well.
