Ingredients
  

  • beetroot 1 no hard boiled
  • sendha salt/rock salt to taste
  • green chili 2 no
  • curd 1/2 kg
  • red chili powder 2 tsp
  • roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
  • grated beetroot 1 tbsp for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • grate the beetroot /
  • whip the curd in a large boil .
  • mix all ingredients together .
  • cool and serve with poori.
