  • 250 gms drum stick flowers
  • 150 gms bengal gram flour
  • 3-4 green chilli chopped
  • 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 1 tsp carom
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • Oil for dip fry
  • Salt to taste


  • Take a mixing bowl add boiled strain drum stick flowers, bengal gram flour, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, asafoetida, tomato puree, turmeric powder, oil, salt, curry powder and carom.
  • Make a light dough and dip fry. Serve immediately any time.
