Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm drum stick
  • 1 teaspoon green chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 cup mustard seeds paste
  • 2 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon panch phoran masala
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel out Drum stick cut into pieces. Boiled with salt.
  • Take a pan heat oil add panch phoran masala red chilli.
  • Add drum stick, turmeric powder, green chilli paste and salt.
  • Stir stick and cover with lid. Cook for ten minutes.
  • When stick become soft add mustered paste and again cover for a minute.
  • Now ready to serve with steam rice.
