About Stuffed Chilli Pakoda
In this dish I have given a twist by adding in the Chinese noodles stuffed inside the chillies . The stuffing can be made by using only masalas or potatoes stuffing or panneer stuffing ,or onion stuffing an many others . This not only fills your tummy but it gives a taste of yumminess in it.

Ingredients
- 5to6 Green Chillies (which is used for making bajjis)
- 5 tbsp Flour (besan bengal)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 Noodles (pk)
- 3 Onions (chopped finely)
- 2 Capsicum (chopped finely)
- 1/4 Cabbage (chopped finely)
- 1 tsp Pepper (pd)
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Oil (for frying)
- 2 Carrot (chopped finely)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chillies (pd)

Instructions
- On the gas add a vessel filled with water bring it to a boil. Then add salt,oil then add the noodles an bring it to a boil. Then drain the water out
- In another kadai add oil fry chopped onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage an add salt, pepper an fry nicely till soft . Then add soya sauce an chilli sauce an mix well then add the boiled noodles an toss it well an keep it aside too cool it
- Then in another bowl add the green chillies deseed it. Make a slit in the centre add the stuffed noodles inside it an keep aside. In another bowl add Bengal gram flour add salt an red chilli pd an water to make the batter medium consistency
- Then dip the green chillies inside it an coat it fully with Bengal gram flour an deep fry it
Recipe Notes
In this stuffed chilli you can use different variations in stuffing like potatoes mixture or only masalas stuffing or panneer stuffing,or onion stuffing . Stuffing can be of any type ,while you stuff inside see that masalas should not fall.
