Ingredients
  

  • Okra /lady finger 1/2 kg
  • 2 Large size potato
  • Salt
  • Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Croainder powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Onion paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped tomato 1 cup
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash the okra and cut into two,wash and cut potato too.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the okra and potato

  • Now add remaining oil and pop the fenugreek seeds then saute the ginger,garlic and onion paste.
  • Add dry spices and cook 2 minute ,add tomatoes again cook the masala till oil separates.
  • Add okra ,potato and 2 large cup of water,cook with cover .
  • Add dry mango powder and garam masala switch off the gas.
  • Serve with boiled rice .
