  • Wash the ladies fingers then wipe out the moisture. Cut in small pieces and keep in a mixing bowl.

  • Now add all spices, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, mango powder, curry powder and corn powder. Mix all together and keep aside for 5 minutes.

  • Now heat oil in a pan, put asafoetida and masala mixed bhindi. Stir fry for a minute then close the lid for 5 minutes.

  • Open the lid again stir now add salt as per taste. Again stir and close the lid for a minute.

  • Now see how it is done. Serve in a serving plate and sprinkle with chat masala. Serve along with rice/ roti/ paratha.

Recipe Notes

Don’t add salt at the time of mixing masala, salt should be add at last.
