Okra /lady finger 1/2 kg

Large size potato
Salt
Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Croainder powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Onion paste 2 tbsp
Ginger
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Chopped tomato 1 cup
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
Wash the okra and cut into two,wash and cut potato too.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the okra and potato
Now add remaining oil and pop the fenugreek seeds then saute the ginger,garlic and onion paste.
Add dry spices and cook 2 minute ,add tomatoes again cook the masala till oil separates.
Add okra ,potato and 2 large cup of water,cook with cover .
Add dry mango powder and garam masala switch off the gas.
Serve with boiled rice .
