  • Fresh corn boiled- 1 ½ cups
  • Chopped Onions – ½ cup
  • Chopped Green chilies – 2
  • Chopped green coriander for garnishing - optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder to taste
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon


  • Boil corns with required water until become soft and tender. 
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl serve immediately garnished with coriander.  
  • You can also put corn chart in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes so that corns absorbs flavors.
