Oats Mashroom Tots

Oats and Mushroom is a very healthy diet recipe. It gives variation instead of routine diet foods. We know the benefits of oats but by adding mashroom with it, we can make healthier food. Mashroom is a very high in minerals and it is a source of Vitamin D. When we are on diet or looking for weight loss we should always keep in our mind that we must consume food that gives required nutritional supplements to our body. Weight loss program should not be starving or which make your body weak.

Ingredients
  

  • Oats - 50 gms
  • Onion - 1 medium chopped
  • Mashrooms- 1/2 cup fine chopped
  • Skimmed Milk - 3/4 cup approx.
  • Green Chilies - 2 small finely chopped
  • Coriander - 3 tablespoon chopped
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté until light pink.
  • Add Mashroom and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Now add Oats and milk. Stir continuously. Cook till batter thicken and start leaving the sides of the pan.
  • Remove from fire. Add salt and pepper, coriander and chillies in to mixture and mix well. Cool the mixture.
  • Now make tots from mixture. Bake it in preheat oven for 10-15 minutes. Turn the side once)
  • Serve hot with pepper - coriander dip and black olives.
