- 1 / Psyllium Husk isabgol cup psyllium husk
- 1 tbsp Hung Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder

- 3/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
Instructions

- Chop broccoli finely and mix in all the ingredients.
- Using a heaping tablespoon of the mixture, roll it in your hands before pressing down on the top and bottom of the ball while pressing it on the sides and rotating to form a "tot" shape.
- Place onto the baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown and crispy, 18-20 minutes, turning half way.
Recipe Notes
Additional Tips
- For extra crispiness, arrange the tots on a wire rack set over the baking sheet to allow hot air to circulate all around during baking.
- If you prefer a milder or creamier interior, swap half the cheddar cheese for grated mozzarella or a mild semi-soft cheese like gouda.
- To make these tots vegan, replace cheddar cheese with your favorite vegan cheese and use thick coconut yogurt in place of hung curd; be sure to check seasoning as vegan cheeses can be less salty.
- If you want to freeze the tots for quick snacks later, shape and par-bake them for 10 minutes, cool completely, and freeze; finish baking from frozen, adding 5 extra minutes to the bake time.
