  • Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking tray with a baking paper.
  • Take the mashed potatoes, grated carrot, flax seeds,cheese, corn flour, garlic powder, pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Take enough potato mixture and shape as a oval shaped tots.
  • Arrange the tots to the already prepared baking tray, brush tots with oil.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Serve with your favourite sauce.
