Stuffed Cheese Milti Grain Croquettes

Ingredients
- Rice flou - 1cup
- gm flour 1/4 cup
- Semolina 1/4 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Salt
- Pizza seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 4 tablespoons
- FOR STUFFING : Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
- Cheese cut into cubes - 4 tablespoons
- Pizza seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander and green chilli chopped - 1 tablespoon each
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add rice flour, suji, besan, oil and salt.
- Mix it well. Switch off the flame and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the stuffing together.
- After 15 minutes, take out the flour mixture and knead it into a soft dough
- Take some portion of the dough and spread it on the hand.
- Put 2 teaspoons of stuffing and cover it. Shape it like croquettes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until they turn golden in colour
- Serve stuffed cheese croquettes with green chutney or tomato ketchup
