Lemon Rice a quick and simple dish to make if you have only minutes in your hands. An awesome spiced up rice with a hint of tangy taste. This lemon rice can be easily made with left over rice.

Ingredients
- Rice – 2 cups cooked
- Lemon Juice – 3 tbsps
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Urad Dal - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Channa Dal - 1 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 2 broken
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Salt
- Oil - 2 tbsps

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and fry for few seconds till it splutter.
- Now add in salt and turmeric powder and fry for few seconds.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Add cooked rice, mix well and stir until everything is tossed well together and take off the heat.
