Nachos with cheese sauce and salsa is a perfect and quickest party appetizer. Its really easy as one can make and store the chips before and the cheese sauce can be made in mins along with the salsa.

Ingredients
For Nachos
- 1/2 cup Maize flour
- 1/2 cup flour ( + extra for dusting)
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper
For cheese sauce
- 3-4 tbsp cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 cup white sauce (which contains 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp butter and 1 cup of milk)
For Salsa
- 2 tomatoes (medium, finely chopped)
- 1 cucumber (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- For Chips- In a bowl take all the ingredients of the chips mentioned above and knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll into balls.
- Dust the balls with flour and roll out into thin chapatis.
- Cut the chapatis into equal triangles.
- Heat oil in a kadai or pan and deep dry the chips till crisp. Take out on a tissue paper to drain out the excess oil.
- For Cheese Sauce- Heat butter in a non stick pan add flour mix it and then add milk and stir continuosly so that no lumps are formed.
- Next add grated cheese, salt and pepper mix it well cook for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame.
- For Salsa- In a bowl add chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumber, chillies, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
- At the time of Serving- Arrange the chips on a plate, spread little cheese sauce over them followed by the Salsa. Serve immediately and enjoy homemade Nachos!!
