Cheese Sauce for Nachos. Its mexican dip served with Nachos Chips. Its and very easy and instant recipe can be made in short period of time.

Ingredients
- Milk 1 cup
- Cheese Slices 6 nos

Instructions
- In a cooking pan, take 1 cup of Milk and roughly chopped six Cheese slices in that.
- Stir continuously on medium flame until all Cheese melts and no lumps are formed.
- Keep on stirring continuously until sauce thickens it takes approx. 10 Min.
- Instant Cheese sauce is ready to serve hot on Nacho Chips.

– If you do not have Yellow Cheese Slice, you can use White Cheese Slice and add a pinch of Turmeric Powder to get yellowish color.
