This Kiwi, lemon grass and mint weight loss water recipe is not only a great fat cutter and belly burner, but works wonders to restore your skin's inner glow. Lemon grass is naturally great for both skin and hair health as it contains a high percentage of antioxidants, it also helps in easy digestion. Ingredients
- 1 liter Water (plain drinking)
- 1 kiwi (medium sized, skinned and sliced)
- 5 stick Lemon grass (each about 3 inches long)
- 1/2 cup mint sprigs

Instructions
- In a large jar add in plain water, kiwi slices, lemon grass sticks and mint sprigs.
- Stir in all the additions into the water so that they don't settle at the bottom of the jar.
- Cover the jar with a lid and allow this water to be infused with all the goodness of the fruit, lemon grass and mint leaves. Allow to steep at least for 6 hours, but overnight is preferred. You may refrigerate the jar of water as well.
- The next morning pour out the water into a drinking glass, and drink instead of plain water or high calorie sodas.
- You can use the same ingredients by changing the water two times, after which, discard the fruit and herbs and make a fresh batch.
